Everyday Strong Woman

Hi, I’m Rachel—wife, mom, and your Everyday Strong Woman in the trenches of balancing it all, just like you. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2010, starting as a group fitness instructor while working in education and social work. What began as a side hustle turned into my passion, and I eventually realized that fitness was my way to connect with and help women like you.

As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I’ve focused my continued education on women’s fitness through every age and stage, including pregnancy and postpartum. My approach centers on strength training—not just for muscle, but for overall health, confidence, and fat loss.

I created Everyday Strong Woman as a space where real women can prioritize themselves, build strength, and feel empowered. This isn’t about perfection or quick fixes—it’s about finding sustainable strength that carries you through every season of life. Let’s do this together!
